A IR Sauna session requires to show up following hydrated with no lotion and no make-up.

No coffee and no meal one hour before your sauna.

You will receive a glass of water with electrolytes (no sugar) and cold/frozen towels. Your head remains out of the IR sauna Dome.

A cold shower is is recommended and provided to you.
